Delicious cheese souffle 😍 Perfect for Breakfast, snack and even dinner! Very easy to prepare, and it turns out insanely delicious👍🏻 When using non-fat cheese and milk KBZHU per 100 grams : 44/9/0,4/2 I used cottage cheese 5% fat and milk of 2.5% and KBZHU 100 grams in this case: 71/9/3/2 Ingredients: •cottage Cheese-220 g •Milk-150 ml •Gelatin( instant)-10 g •Sweetener to taste •Vanilla/vanilla extract – optional •Cocoa – 2 teaspoon •Water-150 ml Method: Gelatin, sweetener vanilla mixed with milk and water and heat until completely dissolved gelatin ( not boiling) Remove from heat and let cool slightly Mix the cottage cheese with the gelatin mixture, if desired, add coconut/cocoa or other fillers Beat with a blender until smooth Divide the mixture into 2 parts, one add cocoa, mix Layers to put the mixture in the form and refrigerate for 2 or more hours ( I stood the night)
